• Transport, if required, is supplied by Bohlale Safari & Golf Tours using our licenced & registered Toyota Quantum 14 seater micro-tour-bus.
• Anthony is a qualified National Tour Guide & 'PDP' licenced driver. His services are included in all quotes other than "Self-Drive" touring options.
• At times, changes to, route, accommodation & other arrangements are required at short notice. Please accept these changes when they happen, they may be for security reasons.
• Deposits of 50% are payable when booking your tour, the balance is payable 60 days prior to tour departure date.
• Cancellations:-  100% within 14 days of event. 50% within 15 – 29 days of event. 25% within 30 – 44 days of event.
• Passenger liability insurance is taken on your behalf; however, it is recommended You take adequate insurance to cover medical expenses, luggage loss, personal accident, & cancellation fees.
• Bohlale Safari & Golf Tours, nor any person acting through or on their behalf, shall be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever in respect of person or property arising from any cause nor shall we be responsible for loss or damage caused by delays, sickness, accident, injury or death, nor for any extra expense incurred as a result thereof.
• Bohlale safari & Golf Tours makes every effort to ensure that all the arrangements & services connected with a passenger’s itinerary will be carried out as specified and/or in the most efficient way possible. We do not have any direct control over the Airlines responsible for your International or National travel related services.
• Before arrival in South Africa consult your medical practitioner and receive the necessary advice and medication for South African related diseases.
